Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Made-to-order and custom-sized rings are eligible for exchange only. Returns are not accepted for pieces crafted specifically to your measurements.

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges (Turkey)

For domestic orders within Turkey, return and exchange shipping costs are covered by PACAL.
Once the item reaches us, the return or exchange process is initiated and you will be notified via email.

Refund Timeline

Refunds for credit card payments are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
Refunds to debit cards may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:
The item has been worn, used, damaged, or altered.
Original packaging, tags, or boxes are missing or damaged.
The order is international, as returns and exchanges are not accepted due to customs and logistics regulations.
