Returns and Exchanges
At PACAL, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase.
You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Our rings are individually made to order and therefore eligible for exchange only not for return.
All return and exchange shipments are complimentary, and your request will be processed once the item safely reaches our atelier.
How to Initiate a Return
If you have a PACAL account, simply log in and select “My Orders” to submit a return request.
You’ll receive detailed return instructions by email.
If you checked out as a guest, you can easily create an account at any time using the same email address associated with your order.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued promptly after your return is approved:
Credit card payments: within 1–3 business days
Debit card payments: within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
Returned items must arrive in their original packaging, with all tags and protective elements intact, and show no signs of wear or damage.
Pieces that have been worn, altered, or compromised in condition cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For the integrity and exclusivity of our craft, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
* Made-to-order or customized pieces,
* Items altered, resized, or personalized upon request,
* Products with damaged packaging, missing labels, or signs of wear,
* Items no longer suitable for resale for hygiene or other reasons.
International Orders
Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for international shipments.
Any customs duties or import fees assessed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.
