At PACAL, every order is treated as an extension of the design process. Each piece is carefully prepared, securely packaged and delivered through our selected shipping partners.

Order Preparation

Every piece is carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared by email, with additional updates via WhatsApp.

Shipping within Turkey

Orders within Turkey are shipped with DHL eCommerce. Shipping is free on all orders within Turkey. Delivery takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping to any destination outside Turkey is a flat 1,250 TL. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes and any additional fees are determined by the regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. All required documents are prepared by PACAL.
