At PACAL, we value fast order preparation, secure packaging, and a transparent shipping policy.
Below you’ll find an overview of delivery times, shipping fees, and tracking details for both domestic and international orders.

2. Order Preparation

In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Rings: Each ring is made to order specially for you. Production takes 1–2 weeks, after which your order will be shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email and also a WhatsApp notification confirming dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

Carriers: DHL eCommerce or Yurtici Cargo (selectable at checkout).

Shipping fee:

• DHL eCommerce: Free of charge
• Yurtiçi Kargo: 180 TL
  

Delivery time: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch.

3. International Shipping

Carriers: DHL or FedEx
Shipping fee: 30$
Delivery time: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All customs documentation is prepared by PACAL.
In case a shipment is refused by the recipient, international shipping fees are non-refundable.
