How can I check the status of my order?

If you have a PACAL account, you can log in and view your order status in the "My Orders" section.

If you don't have an account, you can create one at any time using the email address you used when placing your order.

You will be notified via email and WhatsApp when your order is received and shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our orders are put into the preparation process as quickly as possible.
Therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible after your order has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at cigdem@pacaljewelry.com to request changes or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

While order cancellation cannot always be guaranteed, you can request an exchange or refund after receiving the product.

Which shipping company you use for domestic orders?

We work with DHL eCommerce or Yurtici Cargo for domestic orders.

How much is the shipping fee for domestic deliveries?

We offer free shipping within Turkey.

How long does it take for my domestic orders to be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Which shipping company do you work with for international shipments?

We make international shipments via FedEX and DHL.

How much is international shipping?

FedEX international shipment fee is $30.
DHL international shipment fee is $30.

How long does it take for my international orders to be delivered?

International orders are delivered within an average of 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

If I order from outside Turkey, will I pay customs duty/tax?

All international orders are subject to these fees. Please contact your country's customs office for details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How long do I have to return or exchange the product I purchased?

You can return an item purchased in Turkey can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges from outside of Turkey.

How can I submit my return or exchange request?

If you have a PACAL account, log in and select "My Orders" from the menu. Click on the return button there to request a return. You will find all the details about the return or exchange process in the e-mail sent to you.

Are there shipping fees for returns and exchanges?

All domestic returns and exchanges are processed through DHL eCommerce. Returns and exchanges are free of charge.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued promptly after your return is approved:

Credit card payments: within 1–3 business days
Debit card payments: within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Guarantee

How long is your warranty period?

At PACAL we stand behind our product, which is why we offer a one-year warranty on all products. Jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction due to defects in material or workmanship under normal use. The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged or altered in any way by the buyer. We will repair any defective PACAL jewelry or, at our option, replace it with an identical or similar model ONCE ONLY.

Is repair support offered for damage caused by misuse?

Our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Repair support is not provided for damage caused by buyer misuse.
