GENERAL SHIPPING

PACAL ships worldwide. A signature upon delivery is required for all orders. It’s very important that you check your package at the time of the delivery. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email customerservice@pacaljewelry.com immediately.

Items in stock will ship within 2 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and will require 1-2 weeks before shipping.

SHIPPING WITHIN TURKEY

All shipments within Turkey are shipped via Yurtici Kargo insured with tracking. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international shipments are shipped via UPS with evidence of delivery within 1-3 business days for a flat rate of $25.00

Please note that PACAL includes detailed documents that necessary to allow for a smooth arrival in your country, however international packages may be subject to customs fees nonetheless. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of PACAL’S authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials. These fees are therefore not included in PACAL's shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for. Please be aware that discounts or complimentary shipping are included for the original purchases only - they cannot be applied to returns or exchanges of any kind. PACAL does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
