Returns & Exchanges


Please note that because every piece is handmade to order, all sales are final and no returns can be accepted.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Items must include its original packaging, receipt of purchase and a return form issued by PACAL. Items that have any signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer. Customers are responsible for the returned parcel until it is delivered to our store. Please choose an insured method of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please send us an email to customerservice@pacaljewelry.com for returns or exchanges.

IMPORTANT: PACAL is not liable for items returned without prior notification. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
